Billing questions
Is GST included?
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You get a tax invoice for every payment.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Try everything free for 14 days. Add a card whenever you’re ready; if you add it during the trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
What counts as a text?
Each reminder text sent to a customer counts as one, however long it is. Reminder emails are unlimited. Your 150 included texts start again on the first of each month.
What if I use all my texts?
Buy more any time: 100 texts for $10, in Settings → Billing. Extra texts are used once the month’s included texts run out, and never expire. Without them, texts stop until the 1st and reminders still go by email where it’s switched on.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Changes apply from your next payment.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Manage billing → Cancel plan. You keep using Forekort until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that the account pauses and your data is kept for 60 days.
What if a payment fails?
We’ll email you and keep everything running for 7 days while you update your card. After that the account pauses until it’s sorted.
