Plans and billing

Forekort is $79 a month or $790 a year, GST included. Everything is included in both. Only the account owner can see and change billing.

Choose a plan

1. 1Go to Settings → Billing (or choose Choose a plan on the bar at the top of the app).
2. 2Pick monthly or yearly and choose Add a card.
3. 3Enter your card on the secure Stripe page. You’re brought straight back to Forekort.

If you add a card during the trial, you aren’t charged until the trial ends.

Change your card, see invoices or cancel

Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens your billing page, where you can update the card, download tax invoices, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. If you cancel, Forekort keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Buying more texts

In Settings → Billing, the Texts card shows this month’s included texts used and any extra texts left. Choose Buy 100 texts to pay $10 on the secure Stripe page; they’re ready as soon as you’re back.

If a payment fails

We email you and everything keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that the account pauses.

When an account is paused

A paused account can’t be opened and sends no reminders, but nothing is deleted. Your stock, customers and reminders are kept for 60 days. Choose a plan from the paused screen to pick up exactly where you left off.
