Customers, their vehicles and dates

Add a customer

1. 1Go to Customers and choose Add customer.
2. 2Enter their name, mobile and email. Reminders need at least one of the two to reach them.

Dates that drive reminders

• Next service: open the customer and set Next service. Service due reminders run from this.
• Rego, purchase and warranty: under Owned & purchased units, choose Add unit and fill in Rego expires, Purchased and Warranty ends. Rego renewal, after-purchase and warranty reminders run from these.

Tip: Bring your customer list in from a spreadsheet: Settings → Data export / import → Import contacts CSV. Only a Name column is required.
